Death In Paradise is to air a 2 part special to celebrate it’s 10th series.
When renowned concert pianist Pasha Verdinikov (Adrian Schiller) is shot dead during an apparent burglary, D.I Neville Parker (Ralf Little) is quick to conclude that the scene was staged and Pasha was murdered. Pasha’s wife Grace (Lia Williams), son Joseph (Sam Retford), housekeeper Maggie (Niamh Cusack) and gardener Delford (Luke Bailey) are all under suspicion - but all have seemingly solid alibis which leaves the team more confused than ever.
Neville takes another step towards embracing island life, much to Florence’s (Joséphine Jobert) surprise. But when Florence leaves the island for a few days, Neville is left questioning his true feelings for her. JP (Tobi Bakare) is shocked to learn that Marlon’s (Tahj Miles) home life has taken a turn for the worse, and takes him under his wing as the pair finally begin to bond.
The murder mystery deepens when a cryptic clue from beyond the grave recalls memories of a case that Commissioner Patterson (Don Warrington) thought he had solved 20 years ago. In a rare show of emotion, he becomes personally invested, determined to uncover the truth once and for all. But when one of his friends finds themselves in grave danger, he reaches out to an old friend and colleague. Will D.S. Camille Bordey (Sara Martins) arrive in time?
Death In Paradise airs Thursday 4th and Friday the 5th February at 9pm.
